Family is at the heart of everything I do; my children, grandchildren, dear friends, and even my four-legged companions, Betty (my dog) and Mimi (my cat). Life is meant to be lived fully, and staying active keeps me grounded and energized. You’ll often find me outdoors hiking, participating in 5Ks, gardening, reading, writing, volunteering, or simply making things happen.

I believe growth is a lifelong journey. I am continually working on myself, cultivating belonging, strengthening my faith, building community, and living a purpose-filled life rooted in hope and gratitude. Encouraging others to pursue a healthier lifestyle (mind, body, and soul) brings me tremendous joy. Supporting people as on their journey to becoming their best selves isn’t just something I enjoy… it’s part of who I am.

Professionally, I bring over 50 years of experience in customer service, clerical and administrative support, social media, marketing, event planning, therapeutic parenting and fundraising. My background spans multiple industries including food service, manufacturing, education, transportation, foster care, government, non-profit organizations, and healthcare. This diverse experience has shaped my ability to connect, organize, lead, and serve with excellence.

I’m currently the Office Manager at FSP Family Wellness Center in Englewood, Colorado, where I support helping patients live healthier, more aligned lives with chiropractic care. If you’re in the Denver Metro area and looking for exceptional care, we would love to welcome you.
